Page 766 is coming an away from the spine at the top by an inch or so. Pages 128, 251, 253, 276, 281, 347, 502, 507 have small tears along with several other pages. The chapter on Fire Fighting has underlining, marking, and writing on the pages in pencil. Natural yellowing of pages with age. Some pages have pinpoint brown or black spots and some have smudges.This book is sold as is.I am selling it for such a low price because of all the above mentioned reasons, especially the binding.
