Description: 1944 Bartsch Man. Co. Child’s Warming Plate For sale is an antique 1944 child’s warming plate made by Bartsch Man. Co. Inner plate is a divided porcelain dish with an image of Little Bo Peep in the large serving portion. The smaller two have an image of a kitten & a puppy. There is pink along the outer rim that has a bit of fading in places. The plate is seated in a metal warming dish w pink screw on cap & pink handles. The plate is unmarked but my research suggests it was made in Chicago by the Bartsch Manufacturing Co. in 1944. Besides slight fading and minor dents on bottom from use, the plate is intact and super charming! Approximate measurements: 10.5” wide (w handles) 8” wide (w/out handles) Please see all attached images to self judge item condition as they are sold as is. Comes from smoke free home.
