Check fixtures were made and each set is checked by hand to ensure a great looking and also fitting product. These trunk wings are made out of a thicker steel that the original ones. These trunk wings are triple plated. That means that they polish the metal then they copper plated . Then they polish the copper and then nickel plate them and once that is all completed they go in to chrome. These trunk wings come with mounting brackets and Stainless steel hardware. The mounting brackets have been E-coated to ensure that they will not rust like the original ones. These trunk add to the look of any 2 door 4 door fleetline and convertible.
