I was told these held the tools for a browning 50 caliber machine gun. This listing is for the canvas tool roll only, there are no tools with this. Based on the context of the other items around in the place that I acquired them from, there’s a high probability that these came out of the Rossford ordinance in the Toledo area at Some Point in the 1950s or 1960s. **PLEASE READ** I would advise the new owner to put a little oil on the snap and a little light steel wool to make sure that it snaps smoothly. I’ve done this with a few of them and it works great. Without doing this step, some of these have been known to tear due to their age. some of these have been used before… And some of them are brand new.
