Description: General MacArthur “Man of the Hour” doll/figurine made by the Freundlich Novelty Corp. of New York, New York. They were in business until 1945. This is a jointed composition doll about 18.5” long. He has all his original clothes, shoes & accessories. He is in very good condition for his age. The worst wear is his shoes coming apart and missing part of his left hand (which could be rebuilt with 2-part putty). A paperclip is holding his belt so it doesn't curl up. Thanks for looking!
