Description: Pretty summer flowers this Royal Standard tea cup & saucer features bouquets of roses, forget-me-nots and possibly dogwoods on a white background with gold trim. Bone china tea cup, made in England. This has the green mark which makes it pre-1949 when the word "fine" was added to the mark. Royal Standard was one of several companies owned by Chapmans including Royal Albert and they are of similar quality. These would make lovely display pieces in any decor or can be used functionally as well. Stand not included. Size: Saucer - 5.5" w, cup is 3.75"w x 2"h (cup only) Condition: Very good condition for age. There is some wear on the gold trim on the cup rim. The interior of the cup has many popped air bubbles (see photo) which is part of how it was made but I wanted to mention it. No chips, cracks or staining. Shipping: I have switched all my listings to USPS ground advantage insured to save you $$, if you need priority/express please message me. Keats said "A thing of beauty is a joy forever".
