Description: This is one of my wonderful old Kathe Kruse dolls with a magnesitkopf (cement like substance). She has been hand painted sometime in the 1940's and has some old repaint to the face. The body has some age related staining & repairs as shown. Belly button and backside hole. These dolls were created as a learning aid for new mothers. She is heavy weighing in at around 7lb or 3.6kg.
