1940s and 1950s silver Roosevelt dimes

Description: spent a lot of time (before becoming married with children) advertising locally to buy coins and coin collections. I would meet people and purchase their entire collections, including gold and silver coins, tokens, cents and yes Roosevelt dimes. for me this was fun to get out and meet people this way, and I also looked at this as a long term investment. In the course of doing this I would rough-sort the purchases by denomination and type, and so I've ended up with a large pile of silver Roosevelt dimes in plastic tubes. the theory was someday I would have time to go through these, but time and interests have moved in other directions. it's come time to reverse the flow and sell off my coin collection (married with children ...), so I was looking at other ebay auctions to get ideas of how to sell these silver Roosevelt dimes. I've previously sold the bulk of these dimes but I had kept the older (pre 1960) ones. In particular, this batch seems to have a lot of coins from 1949 and 1955, but there are other dates as well Since this is a collection assembled from scores of other collections, there's a lot of variety in the coins - circulated and uncirculated, etc. I've counted them out into batches of 10, and have tried to make each batch a random cross-section of what I've accumulated over the years. so what you get in each batch of 10:10 silver dimes minted between 1946 and 1959 - so all are at least 65 years old. if there are any dimes from the 1960s remaining in the pile I'll sort them out.I will pick as many different dates-mintmark combinations for each batch of 10 as I can.Tou will get 10 coins selected from the pile of coins shown in the photograph. I'm donating 10% of the proceeds from this auction to the American Red Cross. They do good things for us all the time, and I like to share with them. so you get some nice coins for yourself, or as a gift to get someone started in coin collecting, and all the money goes to a good cause. I will combine shipping if you order multiple batches from this auction or buy anything from my other auctions at the same time (once I get them posted). I'm hoping to post a cross-section of the coins that I've accumulated over the years, in smaller batches so it's easier on those who are just getting started collecting coins or buying silver. the photograph shows all of the coins (over 250) that form the source for the lots of 10 that are being sold in this auction.
