In excellent condition but note it is missing a stamp. Priced to sell. Postmarked March 29, 1940. Before and during world war 2 many Jews fleeing Nazi persecution took refuge in Shanghai China forming a ghetto. Exceptionally rare postal history cover to Europe via Siberia for this time period.
