A great find from a local New England estate! This scarce antique volume is over 85 years old! First Edition. This antique volume is in great condition overall! Original publisher woven paper binding with paper label affixed to the front board presents nicely overall, showing some wear including rubbing and soiling to the boards and spine, and some general wear around the extremities including bumping to the corners. Otherwise this is a tight, square little antique volume! Internally, this volume is in good shape as well. Both boards and all page groupings remain attached to the string binding. There are no signatures, inscriptions, bookplates or library markings to note. The text block of this volume is very clean throughout. Pages show light toning typical of age, as well as scattered light soiling or foxing, and minor corner creasing in spots, but are otherwise clean and free from rips, tears, writing, markings and other blemishes. Perfectly readable throughout! Nicely illustrated throughout, including a color foldout.
