Description: This is the 1935 "Deutsch die Saar" Tinnie (Deutsch die Saar gepresstes Metallabzeichen). This is a badge from the period of propaganda encouraging the joining of the Saar Basin to the Reich. This is the much harder to find Die Saar than the common ones and the quality is much better. It is made out of a nice solid piece of brass. The reverse is maker marked (GLASER & SOHN., DRESDEN). This tinnie is extremely clean in outstanding condition and would be hard to find a better. NOTE: These are all pieces from my 30 year personal collection of WW2 Militaria that I am now liquidating. They are all authentic unless otherwise noted in the description.
