Description: Watercolor Painting By Earl R. Miller, Of A 1933 Century Of Progress Elongated Penny. E.R. Miller 1930 - 2003, was an artist who spent most of his life in Willoughby, Ohio and painted local scenery mostly, yet he also accepted orders for paintings, such as this one. His business card is taped to the back of the painting and it lacks a postal zone or zip code, which indicates that it was painted prior to 1950. Painted on watercolor paper, in shades of pink, blue, and purple, approximately 9 1/2" by 7 1/2" in size, and mounted with matte board, but easily removable if desired. With the matte board, the size is 11 1/4" by 9 1/4". Excellent condition. This is an appropriate painting to hang on the wall of an elongated cent collector's home. Please Note: The painting and matte board are covered with clear cellophane wrap, which makes the painting a little blurry when the flash from my camera hits the cellophane.
