This book is in very nice condition for age. There is light wear to the cover, especially at spine, edges, and corners, as shown. The cover litho has a collie delivering the mail and is in very good condition for age. The joints and hinges are intact. The binding is good. The pages are present and bound. There is foxing on most pages. There is no internal handwriting, no page tears, and no dog ears. The book measures 9 by 6 inches.
