Description: Up for sale is an early 1930's newspaper cut photo of Washington Senators' pitchers, that was signed by Jack Russell who passed away in 1990, and Alvin Crowder(signed Gen. Crowder, as General was his nickname). This item was purchased about 30 or so years ago at Jay's Sports Connection in Towson, Md., owned by Jay Finglass, a well known long time dealer. 8-1/2" left to right. I offer a money back guarantee on the signatures. Missing the end of the top left corner, but displays well. The Russell signed is in fountain pen, and the Crowder signature is in pencil.
