Photographed at Memphis TN in 1936 by the documentary photographer Charles Medin. This is one of a number of images taken at the ICRR shops in Memphis. Please look for the others.Charles Medin was artist/photographer and then assistant editor of the Illinois Central Magazine, circa 1900s to 1949.
