The bowl is polished to a bright high finish, and looks like the day it was made. This piece is in great condition. There are no splits, no breaks, no dents, no monograms, no monogram removals, and no repairs. The underside of the piece is stamped 'sterling' and with the maker's mark for Gorham, as well as a date symbol of a sheaf of wheat for 1928 and the product number A13681.
