The flexible green cloth boards with moderate to heavy corner and top/bottom spine wear, light to moderate edge wear. No interior marks, very solidly bound. The main wear issue which brings the condition down to Good is the fold-out street map of the Capital. There is a tear along the second from the right bottom vertical crease, wear and tears at the corner creases, some tearing to left side of the map, and some creasing along the right edge. It still would look good if removed and framed. The other 2 maps are not fold-out, but rather single page - one of them is shown in the listing photos, which also show examples of the plans. B22
