Description: Up for sale is a 24x36 high quality, high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper (see my feedback) from the original 1921 blueprint of Yankee Stadium from the Osborn Engineering Company of The House that Ruth Built, Yankee Stadium, in the Bronx, New York. Blueprint is dated 9/12/21 with revisions on 1/27/22, 3/28/22 and 8/6/23. Of particular note is the 400 meter cinder and clay running track. Yankee Stadium was going to double as the Olympic Stadium in 1924 but Paris was awarded the games instead. If you look closely, you can see that the warning/running track did not meet the outfied fences. Also note that the three decks did not extend into the outfield. That extension occurred during the 1927 season. I purchased the original in 1995 directly from the Osborn Engineering Company. Other sizes available upon request: 11x14, $22.95; 16x20, $29.95; 20x24, $32.95; 36x48, $79.95. Check out my other items!
