Front cover with inscription describing document, inner front cover blank, two pages comprising back cover mostly blank, agent's seal and seals at joined paper to prevent alterations). Date: Taishō 6 (1917), name of the person leasing (Nishiura Hisagurō 西浦久五郎). Condition: stained, soiled, shelfwear, discoloration, rounded corners, imperfections in paper.
