Description: 1910 E5 John Dockman MILITARY CARAMELS (Novelty Specialties) -STANDARD BEARER RUSSIA. Rubber band stain across front center. The John H. Dockman & Son Co of Baltimore was one of the prolific makers of caramel cards from 1900-1920. Not a bad example from this series with a pretty clean back. Keep in mind these cards were made with the base being bent/scored to help make them stand up (like little play soldiers).
