Writing on front "Dear Uncle - We are having a jolly time" Morris Arthur Postmarked with a 1906 Austrian Scott#92 Stamp and Addressed to an individual in New York City, United States. Condition is good for age. Has some corner and edge damage, has a redish substance stuck to it (possibly remnants of an old rubber band). Sold in as-is condition.
