Description: Hello, this auction is for an 1900's Braun Brass Hand Held Hanging Gold Scales Faux Tortoise Plastic Cup Pans . Pans are plastic or resin made to resemble Tortoise shell but are not . I believe that would have had a hook or ring at the top for holding . The scales crossbar is marked Braun corporation , Made in Germany . Pre-war marking . The cross bare measures approx. 6" across and the cups/pans measure approx. 2-1/4" across by 3/4" deep . Great find for the collector !
