Like many of Sheffield cutlery firms, the early history of Moulson Brothers is a little unclear. This knife has the blade fully forged by hand ( blade, bolster, and tang are forged from a single piece of steel ) from the fine carbon steel and tempered to achieve greater toughness providing the long-lasting keen edge cut-ability.
