Description: This is a complete, working 18th century hand wrought wrist elbow door box lock. The box portion measurers 6” in length and 2” tall with an overall length of 10" and 3.5” tall measured from the face plate. It includes the threaded removable door handle, which screws onto the center post, and the latch striker plate. The outside door handle is removed when leaving and reattached when returning for reentrance. The door handle acts as the key to the lock. This is a very rare and unique antique door lock.
