Description: Wow! This postcard is more than 126 years old. Copyright 1897 and postmarked 1898, this Pioneer Era card features "New York Bay" and shows the harbor area and statue of liberty. The card is postmarked 1898 at Brooklyn NY Bath Beach Station, and again at Whitelaw New York. The card was sent from Charlie & Ella to wish their father Lester Smith a happy 81st Birthday. Great card!Posted but stamp has been removed. Writing on the front as is common with undivided back postcards. Top left and bottom right corners are creased, and other corners have wear.
