The inner section is sheathed in a brass shell and sports an eagle's wing which is movable with the loop. This inner piece rotates to give the value of a dollar under the different candidates. Medal was intended as a satirical campaign item and warned against the Bryan and Sewell presidential ticket. This clever political piece is over 120 years old and is in working circulated condition. This issue is listed as the Schornstein SCH - 908 or Zerbe - 134 variety. The diameter of this token is 38.5mm excluding the loop. The total weight of the piece is 12.62 grams.
