Description: This handsome cabinet card portrait of 2 Victorian ladies was taken by F.W. Tyler of Morganton, North Carolina. He was in business there from 1891 to 1899. On the back is written "Compliments of Margaret H Kirkpatrick and Lillian Hyall'. The Kirkpatrick name is written again below with "Greensboro, NC" written underneath and "Dec,17-07 This was taken....years ago. I am sitting. Written above in green ink is "Died May 1908". "M Kirkpatrick" is also written on the front. I was not able to find any information on the women. Photos is in good condition except for several small dark stains at the left - likely drops of ink.
