Corners have minor rounding and crush. Soiling/darkening is minor. Overall, there are two heavy fold mailing lines. Appears to be some faded/erased pencil markings upper left corner from an unknown hand. Letterhead appears to be partially mounted on the reverse. *Signature has not been authenticated.
