He wrote numerous poems, novels, short stories, mystery/detective fiction, essays, travel books, biographies and histories. Book features brown cloth binding with gold lettering on spines. Covers securely attached with no cracking or splitting of hinges. The corners are bumped and worn and the spines are frayed and chipped. All pages are clean and tightly bound. Top edge of pages have gilt edge, though dulled. No writing in book at all and no signs of previous ownership. Books show some wear but remain in overall good condition!
