IT IS IN THE CONDITION YOU SEE IN THE PHOTOS, THE BINDING IS WEAK AND HAS CRACKED, A FEW PAGES ARE SEPARATED AND LOOSE. SOLD AS IS. Lots of blank pages. Most inscriptions I seen was from 1882 & 1883. It does appear the owner put her name near the front of the book in 1908. There was a small black and white picture in the book that will travel with it. I like to keep things in the condition I find them.
