Description: Super rare vintage (1880's) actress tobacco card from N580! There is almost nothing online (that I can find) about this set. Perhaps you have interesting information that you can share with me? I found three of these cards at my local antique store and as I don't collect non-sports cards I'm looking to move them on to someone who collects them! I will be selling them individually, but would be willing to sell them in a lot if you're interested, please message me. From the research that I did, according to the forum/gallery on vintage non-sports (dot) com, it appears this might be the only known example of this card. N580 shares photos with some other sets, including N537, N545, N546, N576 N581, N583, N584 and N585. Those other sets have roughly 70 different cards, but on the above website only 15 seem to have been found of N580. I believe that there isn't much known about Monogram Cigars either, so it's likely difficult to estimate how many were produced and how many would have survived the 140 years. The card is in rough shape. There are pieces missing where someone tacked this up at some point. The surface has some condition issues as well, please see the pictures. And the card is slightly bowed and is no longer flat. I've not tried to correct this issue and I'm passing them along in the same condition that I purchased them.
