Description: 1880 SEATED LIBERTY HALF DOLLAR NGC MS 66 PL STRIKING CONTRAST BETWEEN FROSTED DEVICES AND MIRROR FIELDS. Just a bit too much frost rolling around the rims for Deep Mirror, and a short line in the left field and a tiny tic in the right field depriving this Gem of another point. Ms Lib is nearly immaculate, and quite splendiferous! After 1878, mintages dipped drastically all the way to the end, with a final push by the 1891 at 200,000 . The 1880 was nowhere near that, at just 8,400 pieces struck.
