Comes with a recent PSE expertization certificate. The embossed cancel is from a New York bank. See the special enhanced second image for the socked on nose [SON] cancel. It reads as follows:1st line "NATIONAL"2nd curved line is not very readable, looks like few words separated by an "&" possibly it's "Savings & Loan N.C." 3rd line "BANK"4th line "NEW YORK" * Tell me what the correct words are on the curved line, & I'll give you a better discount! Stamp looks to have 3 small thins and two very tiny pinholes, not indicated on PSE cert.
