It reads:"THIS WARRANT IS CONSTITUTIONAL CURRENCY. THE COUNTY OF TITUS Will pay the Bearer TEN DOLLARS, At the Office of the County Treasurer." Hand dated January 4th, 1865 and hand signed by J.H.
