Description: This watch was created just 13 years after Antoine Le Coultre pioneered the first crown wound watch. It came from the estate of Egyptologist David Paton, but that is all I know of its history. An extract from the archives of Jaeger LeCoultre was performed last year, and they provided the accompanying documentation and case. The watch came back from them sealed in a plastic bag that I have not opened, but ebay authentication may do so. The watch wound and worked beautifully, but I cannot say how well it keeps time. Please review pictures for item condition.
