It is from an 1855 edition of Alison's History of Europe, published by William Blackwood, Edinburgh & London, 1855. A copy of the title page of the Atlas is included with the map. A map showing the Battle of Abensbert, April 20, 18089 between the France & Bavaria against the Austria. Size: The map image measures approximately 6 by 8 inches on a 7 1/2 by 9 1/2" page with approximately a half inch or more margin all around for framing. Condition: It is in Very Good Condition with overall light tonal ageing, a slight darkening along the edges as expected. Otherwise, it is very clean with no stains, tears, or other defects to mention. It is a dark impression with vibrant color, blank on the reverse side.
