It is by Eduard Beer, a German cartographer, published in his Kleinen Duodez-Atlas (Weimer: Voight, 1852), a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The entire page measures 5 1/4 by 6 inches (13x15cm) Condition: The map is in Very Good condition, blank on reverse, with a centerfold as issued, original hand coloring, printed on a strong flexible page. Other than some minor darkening around the edges, it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition. The pics are of the actual map.
