It is by Eduard Beer, a German cartographer, published in his Kleinen Duodez-Atlas (Weimer: Voight, 1852), a copy of the title page is included for authenticity. It is not matted nor framed being sold as a single sheet as shown in the main pic. Size: The entire page measures 5 1/4 by 6 inches (13x15cm) Condition: The map is in Very Good condition, blank on reverse, with a centerfold as issued, original hand coloring, printed on a strong flexible page. Other than a couple of minor spots on the edge and very slight split 1/8" at the left end of the centerfold, it is very clean and would frame up well, see the pics for more on condition.
