Printed by order of The House of Commons. The volume measures 18" x 11". It is about 3 1/2" thick. Both boards are detached & rubbed. The spine also shows some damage.There is minor paper loss on the boards. The front board has some scratches. There are 1329 numbered pages. This is followed by the Index. The pages show foxing, mostly around the edges. This volume is in overall fair to good condition showing wear due to age. Please look at the photos and ask any questions you might have.
