This will lead you to the "Condition Description". Thank you! a rare Kentucky imprint, (1815) History of American Revolution by David Ramsey, in two volumes. 504, 488 pp. Volume two has a nice Frontispiece of George Washington. Heavy wear but acceptable for age and rarity, with detached front board of vol. 2. Volumes have cracked, scuffed leather. Volume one has a badly cracked front hinge that is hanging by a lower thread only and may soon become detached; loose/ detached front free page, previous owner's stamp to inner board and upper title, faint pencil markings to end pages, stained end pages, heavy foxing throughout, and there is no frontispiece to volume one ( I do not believe there ever was one). Volume 2, as stated has detached front board, loss of front end page, an antique name in pen to inner board of detached cover, pencil writing to front free page, previous owner's stamp to top of title, stained end pages, foxing throughout, small chip to lower left title page, and a badly damaged/ flacking rear cover corner and side edge. This set is worth restoration or valuable as is. See pictures for better understanding of condition description.
