Description: This is an 1808 east India company Admiral Gardner shipwreck coin, this ship sank in January of 1809 whilst transporting newly minted coins such as this one, as well as some other goods. This coin is one of the originals recovered in 1985. It has an 18k gold bezel/surround and clasp which is stamped as shown in picture 4. It comes with what’s shown in the photos- the drawstring pouch, little information pamphlet telling you about the coin, and the coin itself of course.
