Description: This is the real deal (museum quality) – absolutely in fantastic original condition for a textile well over 100 years old. Never used, never washed, no sun damage, no tears rips or damage – see pictures. Had to have been stored its entire life, I have carefully stored it for last 30 years. It measures 84 x 68 and has very thick batting. It is all hand-stitched and tie knotted with yarn. It has wonderful very old fabrics in perfect condition. The flannel backing is beautiful grey striped and in near mint condition. My guess is that this was made for use in a sleigh or buggy during the winter. Please contact me with any questions.
