18" American Girl Doll Felicity, 1991 First Edition Pleasant Company, Pin Curls

Description: 18" American Girl Doll Felicity - Retired Historical Doll. Red Hair, Green Eyes, Light Skin, Classic Face Mold. She's been dated by experts as a first edition doll from 1991, by Pleasant Company. Felicity has beautiful bright red hair, uncut, pretty dry at the ends, and it has some wave to it as she was stored with it braided for years. It's still very easy to brush and style. I found 3 pin curls on one side and 2 on the other side, I'm guessing the 3rd one is there but haven't been able to locate it yet. All her pin curls are lovely, no noticeable frizzing. Exposed wig ribbon at back, consistent with her date. She has a clean body and vinyl, may have shine marks since she's a vintage girl, but nothing noticeable. Tight enough limbs to hold a pose and stand unassisted, although not super tight. Long, uncut neck strings. Her body is on the thinner side, like earlier girls made before the chunky mid-90's dolls. Her vinyl is super soft and her body is quite "cuddly" and squishy. Her bright green eyes open and close correctly, with soft brown/red eyelashes. Her face paint is just lovely, with the coloring and features unique to first edition dolls, giving her so much character and beauty! No clothes or box included.
