Description: Copper para struck by the Crimean Tatar Khanate in 1781 (AH1191/4). Struck only two years before Crimea's annexation by the Russian Empire during a period of revolt against the khanate. The relatively poor strike quality and irregular planchet are a testament to the instability of this period. Some corrosion, as is common for this type, but important information, such as the date and the name of the khan, is still fully visible.
