Description: UPDATED 12/19/24: Alright, after MANY hours of looking up nearly every card, cross-referencing the most recent sales with the current condition of the card, and tallying it up, I estimate the collection to be currently valued at just over $16,000. But that doesn't take into account what MANY of these cards would sell for if they were graded. SOOOO MANY 9s and 10s! I feel like 59 cents on the dollar is more than fair considering the eBay fees, shipping insurance, (and not to mention the income tax and increased tax bracket this will put me in). Well guys, I'm not jazzed about it but I'm parting with my personal collection... Weighs 60+ pounds... Approximately 2500 cards with no more than 1 duplicate per card. Please message me with serious inquiries prior to submitting an offer. The cards' condition ratings you see are STINGY! You can guarantee that if it says NM that it's absolutely a NM if not better. The MAJORITY of the cards are in Mint, Near Mint, or Pack Fresh condition! There are a few MP/HP cards, but very few! 99% of the cards are from 1996-1999 (*except Pikachu). You might see a random modern here and there but those are the exception to the rule. Base, Jungle, Fossil, Team Rocket, Gym Heros, Gym Challenge, the Neo sets, Base Set 2, Legendary Set, e-series -Tons of these same sets in Japanese (old backs) as well as English. (I even have a decent selection of Spanish/Italian/German/etc/foreign 1st editions) There are some Glossy Vending series, intro packs, promo packs, and Masaki mail-in cards, as well as the ORIGINAL red and green line Pocket Monsters cards even! Misprints, Miscuts, and Error cards as well! Black Star Promos! Let's see what else am I missing... There are a huge number of 1st editions, shadowless, Holos, 4th prints, and even holo-1st editions! A handful of graded cards as well as a few proxies/fan arts (but just a few - all clearly labeled). Topps Chromes. A few vending machines stickers. Just a ton of vintage stuff. The entire collection consists of 5x (FIVE) FunGuys brand Toploader binders that hold 384 toploaders per binder. (Many of which have 2 cards in em). So what's that, like, 1900 toploader spaces; 90% filled but 50%+ holding two cards. We're talking about 2500 near mint cards with no more than 1 duplicate per card . (Each binder ran $40 so you'll also be getting $200 worth of toploader binders). To say I've piled the love into these cards is an understatement. You will be able to actually FEEL the care invested into these cards! Smoke-free, climate controlled environment for 20+ years! Oh and lastly, if you're not a collector but instead a flipper or a consignment shop looking to low ball me and turn a quick profit off my 20+ years of hard work and diligence then kick rocks. I'm not interested in your 50% market value offer. We all know that value goes up exponentially with condition and more than half of these cards are truly grade worthy condition so please keep that in mind before making an offer. Would really like to see these go to a collector like myself who will appreciate the sheer quality and nostalgia of such a collection, but also, money talks, so- OH, AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BUYERS HISTORY, SORRY DUDE, NOT HAPPENING. Best of luck to everyone
