This box does contain Extras. Besides the Pocket Clips there are little felt stickers with the Red Cross Logo, A single Red Cross Junior Patch. 2 Metal Pins. An Uncut Ribbon of 3 Red Crosses. I found a single pocket Clip that says High School Red Cross! There are Mainly 2 types of these Pocket Tags they say: 1863 1963 Red Cross or American Junior Red Cross! These pins do have a Sharp tab on the little end so they would stay attached to Your pocket! All these pins/tags are in Excellent Condition with no Rust! The Box Lid does Have tape added to the Corners from Rips! The box does not have a Musty Odor! This has to be a Rare Item and would Make a Super Addition to Your Collection
