Description: Fifteen biothane tracking lead. The lead is 5/8” wide. It was purchased for a Police K9 program and I switched out for leather after about two weeks of use. No signs of wear. I’m pretty sure it was apart of an order from Ray Allen Manufacturing but I don’t see any brand or insignia on the lead itself.
