Description: Selling this 14" Slingerland concert tom from back in the day. Late 60's-late 70's-era Niles IL badge. COW. Re-rings. Inside of the drum is in great condition. Bearing edge is good. Chrome finish is rough in spots. Looks like someone took steel wool to it or something. ROUGH, but still reflects light in an awesome way and sounds great. No head...just the drum.
