Stamp tied by black undetermined DEC 17 postmark. Addressed to: Dr. J. Brackenridge Clemens / Easton / Pennslysania [sic]. James Brackenridge Clemens (1825-1867) was an American entomololist who specialized in butterflies and moths. He described many new species. He died in Easton, PA in 1867.
