1:1 DARK KNIGHT Special Ed. BATMAN Cowl, Life Size PROP REPLICA, 18" Statue Bust

Description: From the collection, Custom Finished BATMAN DARK KNIGHTFull size display Cowl(NON WEARABLE). Measures approx. 20" high with the ears and I believe was molded with a fiberglass type material. Pedestal display also Included. Authentic Prop Replica from The Batman movies by The Noble Collection. PLEASE Note, these had a known issue. Over time the outer coatings broke down and became soft and sticky(started to peel). This one was no different. Because of that I took it into a shop and had the entire cowl stripped down to the base then black coated for durability. Was going to have it clear coated but decided not to after seeing it.It does have micro scratching upon close inspection however that gives it a satin look. The base had a few small dents and imperfections so I had that painted as well in a glossier black. If the custom paint work on this cowl statue may be an issue probably best to pass on this item as it is not orig. or completely perfect.
